Because Clipwing provides custom video editing and content production services, payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins or once work has started.
This includes monthly subscriptions, one-time projects, and custom video production work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Monthly subscription fees are paid in advance.
Once a monthly billing period begins, the payment for that period is non-refundable.
Unused videos, unused editing capacity, or unused deliverables do not roll over to future billing periods unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Clients may cancel future renewals by providing written notice.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, cancellation notice must be provided at least 30 days before the next renewal date.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not create a refund for the current billing period.

For one-time projects, payments are non-refundable once work has started.
If the client cancels the project after work has started, Clipwing may keep the payment to cover time, planning, editing, production, and other work already performed.

If a project or subscription is delayed because the client does not provide raw footage, assets, access, instructions, feedback, or approvals on time, this does not create a right to a refund.
We will continue the work once the required materials or feedback are provided, subject to team availability and the agreed scope.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional payment.
Refusal to pay for out-of-scope work does not create a right to a refund for the original agreed services.

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund, credit, or alternative solution in exceptional situations.
Any such decision does not create an obligation to provide the same solution in the future.
